What You'll Be Doing

Day-to-Day Business

- Diagnose and Conquer: Show off your problem-solving skills by diagnosing and repairing multiple vehicle systems.

- Keep It Clean and Safe: Maintain a tidy work environment in the shop and in customer vehicles.

- Communicate Like a Pro: Document and express detailed diagnostics and repairs with clarity and precision.

Qualifications

- Experience: Two years/ASE Certifications preferred.

- Driving Skills: A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record are a must, along with RELIABLE transportation.

- Bonus Skills: If you can perform alignments or possess welding skills, you're our hero!

We currently have an immediate opening for a Service Advisor, whose role will be to not only uphold but also enhance our outstanding customer service reputation.

Functions & Responsibilities:

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record is REQUIRED and must have RELIABLE transportation to and from work
• Acting as a concierge for our customers including contact by phone, text, email, website inquiries and walk-ins
• Estimating Repair Orders and/or ordering parts required for Repair Orders
• Writing up Repair Orders and dispatching work to technicians
• Owning the status and progress of Repair Orders each work day
• Accurately maintain customer records through our CRM and beyond
• Maintain a clean and safe work area in the shop and customer’s vehicles
• Ability to document and communicate detailed descriptions of diagnostics and repairs internally and externally
• Accurately take deposits and payments

The Nitty Gritty:

• Work schedule Monday – Friday 7AM – 4PM, NO nights, NO weekends
• We’re only a little over a mile from Exit 5 & 6 on I-293
