This was my first time coming to bob and sons and I left very pleased! They are EXTREMELY thorough when going through my car to tell me what was wrong with it. They give pictures and a description which I loved. They offer after hour pick up and drop off with a secured lockbox and they offer a loaner car if you need it. Every person I spoke to was welcoming and very professional. I’m definitely coming back for more service and highly recommend them if you need car work done.

I had an older 15-year-old Mazda with a long list of repairs that needed attention, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were honest, transparent, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why, without ever trying to upsell unnecessary work. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way, and there were no surprises when it came time to pick up the car. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the amount of work that was done. It's not always easy to find an auto repair shop you can trust, but these guys earned mine. My Mazda is running great again, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicles back or recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy service.
