I am extremely pleased with the above-and-beyond service I received from Bob & Sons. First, I was able to get an appointment right away. Second, no one laughed while I tried to describe the mysterious "kalungalunga" noises my car was making! Third, they kept me informed throughout the process and took the time to explain not only what was wrong, but also how I could help prevent the problem in the future. Fourth, when I was unable to pick up my car in a timely manner, they graciously worked with me to make other arrangements. I had an older 15-year-old Mazda with a long list of repairs that needed attention, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. They were honest, transparent, and took the time to explain what needed to be fixed and why, without ever trying to upsell unnecessary work. Their communication throughout the entire process was excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way, and there were no surprises when it came time to pick up the car. The pricing was very fair, especially considering the amount of work that was done. It's not always easy to find an auto repair shop you can trust, but these guys earned mine. My Mazda is running great again, and I wouldn't hesitate to bring my vehicles back or recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, reasonably priced, and trustworthy service.

I bring my aging Toyota Highlander Hybrid to them all of the time. They do great work and have not had to bring it back for the same issue yet!

Quick and efficient. Called and had my vehicle worked on and fix within 2.5 days. This group is awesome with clear communication skills 💪🏾🙌🏽 A little pricey but you get what you pay for!!

Service is always good here and communication is exceptional.

I had them install a bed cover oil catch can high flow intake, body side, molding, and window vents, they have done great work and I would highly recommend them.
